Red Rose
This prop was created for a Shadow/Movement Performance of Oscar Wilde’s story “The Nightingale and the Rose.” The performance was directed by Michael Reddy, a dear friend of mine. This Shadow Puppet of a Red Rose was carved on a CNC Router using a thin-plastic material. Then I covered the flower bud in red gel to project the red color onto the Shadow Screen.
